Terms and Conditions

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "User", or "Attendee"), and Intelignis LLC, operating under the brand ConfX Global ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.confx-conversationalai.com website as well as your registration and attendance at the Conversational AI Innovation Summit (CAIS) events in New York, Malaysia, and Singapore. By accessing the website or registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION
To use this website and register for any CAIS event, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. All registration information you submit must be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your registration at our sole discretion if any information provided is found to be false, inaccurate, or in violation of these Terms.

3. PAYMENT AND BILLING
All ticket purchases, sponsorships, and related fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless an explicit corporate invoicing agreement has been established in writing. We utilise secure, third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions via credit card, debit card, and wire transfer. By submitting your payment details, you grant our authorised third-party processors and us the right to charge the specified amount. We are not responsible for any transaction failures, delays, or additional fees levied by your banking institution.

4. REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND TRANSFER POLICY
We have an easy cancellation policy. If you change your mind and would like to request a refund for your tickets, you can do this in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Cancellations made after 7 days of booking are non-refundable; however, substitutions/transfers can be made (free of charge) up to 30 working days before the event opens. You can apply for a refund or transfer your ticket by writing to us at info@confxglobal.com. Non-attendance, otherwise referred to as a “no-show”, does not signify cancellation.

We run a flexible ticket policy whereby you can roll your tickets over and obtain a credit note for any of our future events (free of charge). Please note: this does not apply to no-shows.

If ConfX cancels a conference, payments received can be refunded, subject to a 10% administrative fee or credited for free towards attendance at a future conference. In the event of postponement by ConfX, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. Refund requests for postponed events must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the new date being announced.

ConfX will not be held responsible for events cancelled for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, accidents, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes, an outbreak of disease, hostilities, terrorism, etc. However, a full credit note may be given in each of the cases.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the website and all event materials—including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, presentation slides, and branding—are owned or controlled by us, or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Attendees are expressly prohibited from recording, broadcasting, commercially exploiting, or distributing any session content, materials, or presentations provided at the CAIS events without prior written authorization from Intelignis LLC and the respective speaker.

6. USER CONDUCT AND EVENT BEHAVIOR
Attendees must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event premises (without refund) who engages in disruptive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful behaviour, or who fails to comply with venue regulations and these Terms. The website may not be used for any unauthorised commercial endeavours, data scraping, or the transmission of unsolicited promotional materials.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The website and event services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Intelignis LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, the accuracy of the event agenda, or the specific business outcomes, networking results, or return on investment resulting from attendance.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Intelignis LLC, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, travel expenses, or other damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the event, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our subsidiaries, affiliates, and all of our respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, your conduct at the event, or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth herein.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these Terms or your event attendance shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. To minimize costs, the arbitration shall be conducted entirely remotely via telephone, online, or based solely on written submissions. You and Intelignis LLC expressly waive the right to a trial by jury.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS BROUGHT AGAINST US MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Claims strictly limited to injunctive relief or the protection of Intelignis LLC’s intellectual property rights are exempt from arbitration and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or attendance at an event following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for updates.
